Designed around a “courtyard” planted with lush greenery, the Ginlee Studio Store at Raffles City is a play on the idea of the indoor and outdoor, explored through the the use of materials, and the juxtaposition of hard and soft. Fluid lines guide the eye around the store with a palette of off-whites, stainless steel, playing off the textures of light grey pebblewash and beige rectangular pavers. The store also incorporates an area for Make, a program created by GINLEE Studio for their pleat-to-order products and an ongoing study into upcycling various materials into new garments.
