Sumo Bar Happy

Sumo Bar Happy is designed to be a neighbourhood hole-in-the-wall ramen and sake bar modelled after popular tachinomiyas in Japan, with a small and intimate setting centred around a bar counter where patrons can socialize with the bar keep and other patrons over drinks and food. The interior space is peppered with geometric shapes and colours inspire by sumo arenas and ramen eating, creating a fun and light hearted atmosphere that opens up directly to the pedestrian street outside, forming a welcoming presence to the neighbourhood.
