The GINLEE Studio store at Ngee Ann City reimagines the retail experience as a gentle, flowing landscape articulated through materiality, light and greenery. With a base palette of off-white, muted sage green, soft greys, the interior is defined by soft rounded edges and a series of translucent orange gradient panels, lush planters, unfolding like a walk through a serene garden. Clothing racks are woven between translucent orange gradient panels, which shift and glow with changing light, teasing glimpses of garments beyond and capturing movement of visitors within the space, creating a choreography of transparency and opacity that fosters a quiet sense of discovery and movement Fitting rooms continue the immersive experience by integrating living plants directly into their alcoves, turning a private moment into a tactile connection with nature. A MAKE by GINLEE kiosk located at one side of the shop showcases the brand’s upcycling and on-demand production processes, foregrounding sustainability and craft.
